Sample & Development
Do you provide samples? Is there a sample fee?
Yes, sample fee applies. Sample delivery takes approximately 7 days after sample fee confirmation. The sample fee is refundable upon placing a bulk order.
How long does sample development take?
Standard sample development takes approximately 7 days after formula and specification confirmation.
Can I customize the formula?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom formulations including ingredient selection, flavor profiles, vegetarian/vegan options, and various certifications.

Standard production lead time: 15-30 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation, depending on product complexity and order quantity.
